Our staff is well balanced with a blend of backgrounds and experience in teaching. Delight make sure you have all your stationery requirements by the first of Week 2. In addition to the classroom, we present a range of programmed aimed at learning both for the students and for the community. At Arakura School we try to produce parents with the encourage they need to aid their children with their learning when they get home. This encourages teachers to question into their own teaching practice and provides them with following steps and strategies to try in their classroom to improve the learning of their students. Likewise, our Pasifika students are fair as valuable, and we encourage these students to perform and learn to their superior efforts, and foster them to learn through their culture and experiences. She works in healthy with our community and whanau and supports students to be their best both at school and at home.
We recognize the importance of teaching financial literacy at school and want to create good savings behaviors at a young age. Heather went to Arakura School for her primary school, with her Grandfather also busy at the school at the time. She finds it rewarding to be capable to see the children’s progress and rejoice their successes as they move through the school. Managers, staff and students have participated in a range of skillful initiatives to identify and urge M Fri student success. We urge fresh teachers by having mentor teachers work alongside them with weekly meetings.
Heather went to Arakura School for her primary school, with her Grandfather also working at the school at the time. Arakura School seeks to bear each individual kid with a healthy rounded education that will see them become life long learners. Thanks to all those parents that have offered to assist out BUT we are tranquil 5 parent helpers short! In the Senior School, we have a Year 3 4 class in Rooms 1, a Year 4 5 class in Room 2 and the Year 5 and 6 students in Rooms 4 and 5. Every two weeks, we have a special focus that the staff look for throughout the school
