Jan Morris is the Owner Operator of Hearing Consultants and with over 23 years in business, her track record speaks for itself. She and her experienced team have a vast knowledge of all aspects of Audiology and can provide products and services to best suit your needs. We are an independent company and can therefore fit any device from the top hearing aid manufacturers. Cindy obtained her first Audiology degree at the University of Auckland and has been working as a clinical audiologist since 1997.
She has worked in a variety of public and private Audiology clinics in Australasia. She was previously the Head of Audiology Department at Hutt Valley DHB after relocating to Lower Hutt in 2005, and completed her Doctor of Audiology with the Salus University, Pennsylvania, USA, in 2007. She has been on Maternity leave before she joined the Hearing Consultants. Cindy will work with you closely to improve your hearing needs.
She has a strong interest in meeting clients’ needs and completed a thesis on hearing aid satisfaction among hearing aid users in New Zealand. Dale will greet you at our Lower Hutt clinic, answer your phone calls and help you with your enquiries. She has years experience in the heath sector including reception, istration and accounting roles. Dale is a keen gardener and likes to visit her family in Australia.
Kelly is a our ever smiling Upper Hutt Receptionist with 25 years of customer service experience. Talented and always helpful, Kelly will be able to attend to your every need, Monday to Friday at our Upper Hutt Clinic. Gillian comes with many years of receptionist experience, having working as a local Dentist receptionist over 19 years. Gillian will be able to assist with all your queries Monday to Friday at our Masterton Clinic, in High St. With years of experience in reception and office istration roles, Eboni will quickly help you will your inquiry.
RN, BN Janice is a Registered Nurse who has specialised in micro suction of wax removal. Denise is our highly experienced registered nurse who will remove your ear wax gently and safely using an operating microscope. Originally from the rural south, Denise has spent time caring for the elderly and needy children in NZ and in Canada. She enjoys working in the community and loves spending time getting to know the regular clients.
They live on a lifestyle block in Carterton and enjoys spending time with family and friends. Independent Audiologists receive no financial incentives to fit specific hearing aid brands
