My Gran and my Nana were both in the sewing industry and my mum started Jan Lambert Design in 1977. With our many years of knowledge and expertise, along with our love of interior design and all things fabrics we have grown to become an established soft furnishing and interior design business. I am a qualified interior designer with over 20 year’s experience in the industry and a strong desire to meet each of my customer’s personal needs. I know all families are different and our spaces need to be a reflection of the lives we lead, not a carbon copy of something we see in a store or magazine.

Our relationships with fabric houses both in Fresh Zealand and globally means we can find you the flawless material for your space, at highly competitive prices. Here at Jan Lambert Design we offer a soft furnishing service that is second to none. Rachel was so patient with me and provided me with unprejudiced advice and guidance as I needed it and took sincere pride in providing a appropriate service. We pride ourselves on finding the perfect solution for each customer’s individual needs.
We have undertaken labor for schools around the Wellington region and specialism in providing quality solutions for larger projects at very competitive rates. Jan Lambert Design was recommended to me by a colleague who had previously old their services for new drapes. I have an extensive and trusted network of fabric houses, furniture manufacturers, lighting and flooring companies which we have worked with for many years.
