I'm a bowler who can bat, but I tend to bat down the order due to a less than exciting stirke rate! I have been in the Fitness industry for nearly 20 years, taking on various roles from group exercise instructor to personal trainer to club manager. My years in the industry have meant I have seen and helped a lot of people with a lot of different issues and goals. I enjoy cross country and mountain running and have competed nationally in both of these as well as road running and track. I have also dabbled in body building, placing 3rd in the figure section of the Wellington champs in 2005.
I love that I've been able to get to know other members and have made new friends through different classes and events. However, with a combination of pilates, other exercises, and dare I say it. Personal Training allows me to maximise the opportunity that my improved fitness offers
