Awarded Facilities Management Contract with Western Institute of Technology at Taranaki in New Plymouth. Awarded Facilities Management Contract with Kiwi Dairy Products now Fonterra at their Whareroa Site contract rolled over and increased in size in 2003.
Awarded Facilities Management Contract with Methanex New Zealand Ltd, New Plymouth. Awarded Facilities Management Contract with Carter Holt Harvey at their Whakatane Mill.
